MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM3615 is a 300mA LDO with thermal shut-down/temperature sensor. The temperature sensor monitors the junction temperature inside the IC. It enables shutting down in the event of a system error and error monitoring via a data log.
